styles I mainly teach

4beat is a dynamic vinyasa flow where the music is an integral part of the practice. The slow, regular beat synchronized with the breath and movement creates a deeper sense of alignment, unity & flow.

Moving this way enhances concentration, deepens the mental flow state and encourages personal exploration.

4beat hot is practiced in a heated room at 32–35°C. The familiar 4beat structure is gently adapted to respect the power of the heat, creating a steady, balanced practice that leaves you feeling aligned, grounded,
and at ease — inside and out.

yin yoga is a soft and still yoga sequence with few postures, each held for 1-10 minutes.
This practice is accompanied with sound frequencies that helps you into a deeper experience, as well as enhancing relaxation and mindfulness.
